Mathew Grey

As Group CEO, Mathew provides a creative contribution to the board by providing independent oversight and constructive challenge to the board and senior executive team. Mat’s role is to challenge and rigour test issues such as strategy, performance and resources, is included in key recruitment across the business and dictates standards of conduct and policy for the Group. Mathew has a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge of the businesses as he previously worked as Managing Director so can provide the team with valuable insights, key contacts and provides objectivity to decisions and projects. Mathew also works on projects outside of the day-to-day of the business such as acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic developments.
