As Chief of Staff, Imogen serves as a confidant and right hand for Mathew and the board by coordinating the various areas of the business, attending meetings with department heads, and communicating the vision of senior executives with the rest of the business.

Imogen’s role as Chief of Staff encompasses managing the executive team and their priorities, overseeing staff and HR, internal operations, and spearheading special projects with the boards and CEO.
