Graeme Swift

As Chief Operations Officer, Graeme is responsible for ensuring the smooth planning and operations for the businesses. Graeme also works on future proofing the organisation through development of young apprentices in manufacturing and investment in new capital equipment. Having joined the business in 2012 as a management accountant, Graeme has worked his way up the organisation. He has been able to gain hands on experience in all aspects of operation while successfully delivering on a number of key projects for the Group.  Graeme’s holistic understanding of the group operations is an extremely valuable asset.
